These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GLP-1 Shotday mobile application (the "App"), provided by GLP-1 Shotday ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

GLP-1 Shotday is a personal tracking tool that helps users log injections, view estimated drug-level curves, track body composition metrics, sync with Apple Health, and export their history as a PDF.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Not medical advice. GLP-1 Shotday is a self-tracking tool only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Drug-level estimates and graphs are approximations for personal reference only and are not a substitute for guidance from a licensed healthcare provider. Always follow your prescriber's instructions and consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your medication, dosage, or treatment plan. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you saw in this App.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing

The App offers auto-renewing subscription plans (currently Weekly and Yearly), billed through your Apple App Store account.
Eligible new subscribers receive a free trial (3 days for Weekly, 7 days for Yearly). Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid, auto-renewing subscription at the price shown at purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. We do not have access to cancel or refund purchases directly — refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
Prices may vary by country/region as set by the App Store.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App and for keeping your device and account secure. You agree to use the App only for its intended personal-tracking purpose and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App's operation.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of any estimate or calculation shown in the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any health-related decisions made based on information displayed in the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
